The core members of the company are all PHDS with disciplines covering molecular biology, materials science, test and control technology, computer science, mechanical design and optics. Three academicians are also employed as technical consultants.

The technical management and operation team has studied and worked in first-class schools and enterprises for more than 10 years, has rich industrial experience and forward-looking international vision, and has a solid theoretical foundation and rich R&D experience in technical platforms, reagents, instruments, quality control and so on.
